Elwes Property Managers is the trading name of Marynbrook Ltd and incorporates the property management portfolio of several former firms in the Reading and Wokingham areas. The oldest incorporated firm has given over 50 years service to this part of the Thames Valley and the personal experience of our consultant has been gained over thirty years in management related agencies. We deal mostly with individual Landlords, some of whom are working abroad, but for an increasing number who perceive the holding and letting of residential property to be a sound investment. The interests of the Landlord are always paramount, but we cannot overlook that those interests are best served by fairly dealing with our consumers (the Tenants)and ensuring that the fabric and contents of the housing stock under our control remains in good order. This philosophy extends to our block management department which acts on behalf of resident's associations and management companies of apartment blocks and estates of houses.
